SENATE BILL NO. 24 "An Act naming the bridge over Hammer                                                                        
Slough on Nordic Drive in Petersburg the Louis Miller Bridge" was                                                               
read the second time.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
